Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup vanilla non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or sweetener 
blend all ingredients until frothy. Serves 2.

Herbs & Parmesan Pasta

This is a really simple, quick, comforting meal for me.

-Herbes de Provence
-Shredded parmesan cheese
-Butter or olive oil

1. Boil pasta and drain.
2. Stir in a little butter or olive oil, a generous amount of herbes de provence, some shredded parmesan cheese, and it's ready.

    A super quick and easy meal without any scary unpronounceable ingredients.
